Refund and Returns

International Shipment:   International shipping charges vary from country to country. If you have a larger order and need custom shipping quote, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help with that.  Import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are the buyer’s responsibility for international orders. Please note that these charges are not included in the shipping cost quoted in our shop.

Shipping Schedule:   I ship weekly. Specific shipping dates are announced in the front page top header.  All Domestic Orders shipped within United States are shipped via USPS and will be delivered between 2-7 days depending on your destination State. All International Orders shipping time will vary by location/country, and can take anywhere between 7-30 days. I do offer faster shipping for International Orders via DHL or FedEx. Please contact me prior to placing your order.

Order Tracking:   You will receive an email notification after purchase and after shipment. Each order will be assigned a tracking number, which will help you track the progress of your goodies on their way to you.

Shipping Insurance:   All orders under 15oz ship USPS First Class mail. Orders over 15oz ship Priority Mail, per the USPS regulations. If your parcel ships Priority Mail, it is automatically insured up to $100. Fae & The Wolf Boutique is not responsible for damaged during shipping items. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure their packages if they desire. Please contact me BEFORE placing the order, or write in your notes to seller if you would like to add additional insurance. I will then set up a new listing for you to pay the addition shipping charges, if needed.

Lost or Damaged Mail:  Once your order leaves my studio, it is out of my hands.  In the unfortunate event if your package is lost, missing, or stolen, I will do my best to help you locate it. Once you have visited and spoken with your local post office to confirm its whereabouts, we can file a claim if necessary. Please remember that filing a claim to receive reimbursement for the parcel’s contents is easier if it ships Priority Mail, however the reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Fae & The Wolf Boutique is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, missing, or stolen packages.  If you received your box and something is broken, please take detailed photos of the box itself and unwrapped the item and send it to me right away.

Returns & Exchanges:  I do not offer any returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order please send me a message and I will do my best to resolve it. Returns are not accepted because of energy exchange between the crystal and everyone around it and who touches it. Each item that is shipped to you has been cleansed and full of positive energy. I provide MANY photos and videos of items in each listing from every angle, so please look over everything carefully before making your selection.

Order Cancellation:   We are a small, team-operated shop, with limited quantities of each unique specimen I am selling. When you purchase an item, it is taken from inventory and put aside for you, which means no one else has the opportunity to buy it, which means lost revenue/sales because you purchased this item. I accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. If a shipping label has already been printed and paid for, I can refund the cost of the order MINUS the shipping charges. Cancellations and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP, the sooner the better.

How do I know your site and payment channels are secure?   That’s a very valid question! I accept a variety of globally trusted payment methods, including PayPal and Shopify Payments. Absolutely all of these payment channels offer options to request refunds or open disputes very easily, should you find you’re dissatisfied with your order or my services. You’re protected no matter what! Oh, and I can’t actually see your credit card info or PayPal login credentials or anything like that, in case you were wondering!

By creating an account or subscribing to your newsletter, are you going to spam my email inbox?   Absolutely not! I value your business and wouldn’t want lose your business. I will share any discount codes and promotions but you have the option of unsubscribing.
